Notre-Dame

The outside of Notre-Dame has these sculptures. Inside the building, the ambience is calming and the stained glass is just beautiful. 

There was a Mass taking place during my visit. It was quite fascinating to listen to the praying, singing and organ music in a medieval church setting.  

Photography is allowed. You can take away your memory with picture proof. That's very kind of them, as you know, some churches prohibit taking pictures such as the ones in London. 

It was such a wonder place to be, reflect, and photograph. We stayed for quite a while. Outside the cathedral, there was a funny mime entertaining a big crowd. It was a lovely evening. Then we moved on to the next attraction on the list, Pompidou.
